This extension allows to treat VIP UserRequests as they deserve to be.

Features:

Flag VIP persons in the CMDB.
If a caller is a VIP, all her/his User Request tickets will have the priority set to critical.
The header of the ticket will be highlighted with a VIP icon to identify it at a glance.
