This extension is a complement to Send updates by email. It provides a quick way to fill the case log field by picking from a list of predefined responses. Those models of answer are organized into Categories and Organizations.

• You can write predefined responses, to answer the most common questions.
• You can organize them by category to ease agents selection.
• You can create predefined responses specific by Organization (supporting multi-tenancy).
• You can add Attachments to a predefined response for automatic attachment to the email.
• Agent can pick and choose a predefined response and even if needed, modify it.
