This extension provides an easy integration between iTop and a CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) system.
It includes features to ease the support agent day-to-day work.
An inbound phone call automatically opens an iTop dashboard that: * displays:the list of caller's tickets, * enables the creation of new tickets or the update of existing ones.
Outbound phone calls can be initiated directly from an iTop ticket.
Phone calls occurences are attached to the tickets;
This extension can be used with any CTI system that can launch an URL.
