Thanks to this extension, an anonymous contact who is not registered in iTop can fill in a fom directly from an incoming email or in a specific web form.

Communication between support team and external users is much easier.

• The contact receives a mail with a link to a single-use form
• Simple questions can be answered directly from the mail with a one-click button (e.g. yes/no/maybe)
• If more details are required the inmail click can pop-up a specific web form
• Answers are recorded in the ticket
