"Catalog of procedures" allows the service manager to document the procedures and instantiate them automatically to the teams in charge.
For each service Subcategory, a set of procedures that are required to deliver the Service is defined.
Then, work orders are created automatically at the first assignment of the user request.
When a work order is closed, the related work orders status is automatically changed to "open" and the teams in charge are notified.
