Integration between iTop and IT Remote

Integration between iTop and the IT Remote application.

This extension adds a hyperlink on iTop configured objects (PCs, servers), which opens a remote connection to the device via IT Remote, in one click from iTop.

Features

• Open the device console in IT Remote directly from the object details, with no copy-paste of identifiers.
• The action can be displayed as an icon in the object toolbar, by adding the action Menu:ConnectToITRemote to the shortcut_actions parameter of the iTop configuration file.
• Eligibility is based on the OS version of your PCs and Servers in iTop: flag the OS versions supported by IT Remote with "Manageable by IT Remote".

Requirements

• A contract with IT Remote. Connection to IT Remote requires a login once a day.
• The OS version of your PCs and Servers must be filled in iTop.

Usage

From the details of an eligible device, click on the action, enter your IT Remote credentials, and you are automatically connected to the console of that device.
